Seven-time Grammy award winner Carrie Underwood wowed her fans with an extraordinary performance at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds as she sang with other artists. The show on Friday was part of the 2016 ACM Party for A Cause Festival and the 33-year-old country singer looked fit and fab in a sparkling white top and tattered skinny jeans.

Underwood understands the struggle of women in the music industry, so when the Academy of Country Music invited her to perform at the event, she readily said yes provided she picked the line-up of artists that would hit the stage on the night.

"Why not have a whole night that is just all strong, amazing women kicking butt on stage?" said Underwood during an interview with AP, in criticism of people's mentality against a herd of women performing on stage.

She graced the stage with a powerful ensemble of artists such as Jana Kramer, Miranda Lambert, Lauren Alaina, Cam, Martina McBride, Kellie Pickler, and Kelsea Ballerini, among others.

The artists' performances was a showcase of exemplary talents. The event incidentally seemed like an American Idol reunion where Underwood, Pickler, and Alaina came out as winners in the past - Underwood as the grand winner in 2005 for season four, Pickler bagging the sixth place in 2006 for season five, and Alaina came second place in 2011 for season 10.

Underwood's fellow artists felt elated to be sharing the stage with her that Kramer even posted a video of the event on Instagram while captioning it with, "Oh ya know, just singing with @carrieunderwood! Thanks for having us girls up there with you on stage."

The humble Underwood replied with so much gratitude saying "Oh my goodness... What an honor it was to share the stage with such beautiful, string, talented women!"
