Mr. and Mrs. Pitt: Brad and Angelina Jolie Wed in Private Ceremony in France

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were married last weekend in France, a spokesman confirmed Thursday.
The celebrity pair were able to keep it so secret that no photos nor videos of Pitt and Jolie's wedding have come out online up to now.
The spokesman said the pair were married Saturday, August 23, in a private ceremony at Chateau Miraval. Only family members and close friends were present. They have been leasing the Provence chateau since 2008.

The spokesman said the couple obtained a marriage license from a judge in California. The judge flew all the way to France to officiate the wedding ceremony.
The couple's six children were there and took part in the ceremony. Eldest sons Maddox and Pax walked Jolie down the aisle, Vivienne and Zahara threw flower petals, and Shiloh and Knox acted as ring bearers.
"Brangelina" got engaged in 2012 after about seven years being together. Since then, there has been so much speculation about when and where they'd be married. At one time, E! News reported the couple wanted to wed in France, although Brad and Angelina really wanted a "quiet and meaningful celebration of their love" as they have kept most of their private life away from the media scrutiny.
It finally happened on Saturday. An insider said Brad did most of the detailed planning, saving Angie the stress and headache that usually accompany such events. Angie just left him to it, said the source.
The spokesman said the Hollywood stars and their kids are apparently planning to start spending more time at their pad in France.
Brad and Angie have six children together, including three they adopted: 13-year-old Maddox, from Cambodia; 10-year-old Pax, from Vietnam; and 9-year-old Zahara, from Ethiopia.
The three biological children are Shiloh, 8, and twins Knox and Vivienne who are 6.
