Gary Chaw’s Daughter to Leave ‘Dad, Where Are We Going?’

Malaysian-Chinese singer Gary Chaw's younger daughter, Grace, will be leaving the second season of the Chinese adaptation of the show 'Dad, Where Are We Going?', according to media reports.

Gary Chaw has joined the reality show for its second season with his two children namely Joe Chaw and Grace Chaw, respectively six years old and 3 years old. However, reports say that his daughter will be leaving the show on the next episode.

On the preview of the coming episode, Gary Chaw's 3-year old daughter is shown crying and saying goodbye to the other children of the celebrity dads who joined the Chinese reality show.

"Bye, I have to go," the adorable little girl said on the preview of the show.

Gary Chaw's managing company has explained that the singer said he will respect the fact that his daughter wants to stop filming and decided to leave. Gary Chaw also stated that he will not be forcing his daughter to do something she doesn't want to do anymore.

According to the production of 'Dad, Where Are We Going?', Grace Chaw will be leaving the show and will no longer participate in the last episodes of the show.

Francis Ng, who also joined the TV show with his son, admired the Gary Chaw's little daughter, embracing the child and even comforting her while she cried over saying goodbye to her new-found friends.

"Grace is my goddess," Francis Ng said.

On previous reports, Grace Chaw has been made fun of my netizens through social networking sites, saying that the young girl resembled a Japanese cartoon character due to her thick eyebrows.

In response to these criticisms his young daughter is getting from the public, Gary Chaw posted a photo of his daughter crying on his Weibo account. The singer had been rather disappointed of the netizens' reaction to Grace.
