Nicholas Cage and Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil got into a fight in Las Vegas on Thursday after the rocker allegedly attacked a female fan who asked for an autograph.

The Leaving Las Vegas actor and the musician were inside the Aria hotel on the Vegas strip when a woman approached Cage for an autograph. Neil suddenly grabbed the woman's hair and yanked her to the ground, according to police.

In video footage obtained by TMZ, Cage, 52, can be seen trying to restrain the 55-year-old and calm him down by putting his arms around his neck outside the hotel.

"Stop this s--t now," Cage can be heard saying in the clip. "I f--king love you! Stop this s--t now," he says to Neil before security steps in to deflate the situation.

The singer was not taken to the police station but was cited and charged with a misdemeanor for battery and has been ordered to make an appearance in court on June 17.

This isn't Neil's first run-in with the law. In 1984, he pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and vehicular manslaughter after he rammed his vehicle into another car after a night of drinking and partying. The collision claimed the life of Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas "Razzle" Dingley and injured two other people seated in Neil's car.

Neil spent 15 days in jail out of his 30-day sentence, paid a restitution fee of $2.5 million to the victims' families and completed 200 hours of community service for the offense.
