Apple's new iPhone will feature its own payment platform.
Apple will bring near-field communication or NFC to the iPhone 6 to be released this September. It's one of the newest iPhone's most important features.
The NFC payment system will be exclusively designed for Apple iOS devices.

Apple is in a good position for using NFC payment system since they already have 800 million iTunes accounts with registered credit cards on file. The system also features Passbook that allows users to store coupons and event tickets on their phones.
The Cupertino-based company also registered several e-wallet patents over the years.
One patent was filed in January. It stated in full detail how dual wireless protocols like NFC and Bluetooth could be paired to finish a transaction while major and important data is stored in a secure element in the device's hardware.
Other e-wallet patent suggested a payment system that offers users different options such as coupons when relevant.
Over the years, Square, Google Wallet, and Visa have dominated the mobile payment market.
Currently, the iPhone relies on Bluetooth LE for its iBeacon technology that allows users to access information services via mobile phones in physical stores.
Regardless of the mobile payment system, Apple decision to use the iPhone 6's payment platform will be good news on September 9.
