Singer Ariana Grande certainly has no problem with her love life at the moment.

Before performing on the "Today" show last Friday, host Matt Lauer asked the 21-year old Grande about her current dating situation. 

"Y'all are putting me on the spot" she replied, but quickly added, "I'm happy"

Her answer follows rumors that she is currently dating Big Sean who provided backup vocals on her collaboration with rapper Iggy Azalea for the song "Problem".

Apparently, Iggy Azalea initially turned down a collaboration with Grande thinking that she was still a child because of her petite size. "I felt that my music was kind of so risque and I knew she had a Disney show... I didn't feel it was appropriate but then I actually met her and I found out that she's a grown-up and I was like "oh ok!"' the rapper shared. 

Big Sean, on the other hand, immediately took a liking to Grande - as a friend, at least. The now-rumored couple became friends after collaborating on "Problem", but it seems that their once-platonic relationship has blossomed into romance.

26-year old Big Sean and Grande were seen and photographed holding hands and embracing backstage during the VMAs.

A source shared, "They have been friends since they made the song together. They have been spending more time together and recently have been getting very close. They are both doing great."

After her quick, yet revealing, interview with Lauer, the singer jumped on stage, showing off her toned, petite physique in a sparkly bralet and mini-skirt.

She performed her smash hits "Problem", "Bang Bang" and "Break Free" for an excited audience who had waited for hours just to see her.

Grande showed her appreciation for her fans who made an effort to see her even before she arrived on the "Today" show. "u babies over at the today show are up so early for me.... sweetest, most dedicated ever I love u & can't wait to see u. on my way," she tweeted.
