It is going to be a lavish wedding for Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx who are rumored to be expecting their first child already, a recent report claimed.

According to the Radar Online, the 37-year-old actress is currently hands-on when it comes to preparing their rumored wedding venue -a luxury property near the shores of Devils Lake.

As relayed by an insider, the rumored fiancée of the 48-year-old singer and comedian "will always remain loyal to her roots in Toledo, Ohio, and she's pouring millions into renovating her vacation house," that is why, "she wants to get married" there.

"Katie is turning it into a self-contained secure retreat and she plans on spending a lot more time there in the future with Jamie and her daughter Suri," the source claimed about the alleged union of Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx.

"She loves that house and there's no doubt her obsession with the Kennedys has influenced the design and plans for this the house," the source added. "It will be the perfect place for a wedding."

In the meantime, a new Hollywood Life report suggested that there could be no truth to the speculations saying that the ex-wife of Tom Cruise is now pregnant with the Grammy award-winning musician's baby.

With how "sleek and svelte" her figure was when spotted at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 18, it reportedly appeared impossible that she is now carrying her baby with her new beau.

The report noted that the actress' latest photo did "a pretty rad job" at debunking "Star" magazine's claim on April 13.
