Plans for the upcoming wedding celebrations of George Clooney and lawyer fiancé Amal Alamuddin have reportedly been experiencing disasters when it comes to the couple's prenup, guest list, and wedding planner.

It was reported by The National Enquirer that the 53-year-old actor has been negotiating and arguing with his wife-to-be's legal team with regards to a wedding contract worth a whopping $220 million.

"Clooney is worth an estimated $220 million. Given his shaky track record with women over the years, including a difficult divorce from his first wife and the brief longevity of most Hollywood marriages in general, I think he needs to make sure he has a prenuptial agreement that's ironclad," divorce attorney Raoul L. Felder commented.

The lawyer further mentioned how the Golden Globe-winning actor should practice care and caution when it comes to his marriage arrangements.

"The fact that (his fiancee) is a lawyer is strike one against him. I expect his lawyers are being very careful and 'fighting' her lawyers over every point," Felder added.

Alamuddin's success in her career had truly appealed to Clooney, although experts are now warning him that it may work against him in the future.

Another recipe for disaster for the Clooney-Alamuddin nuptials is the scandal associated with one of the actor's closest pals, Brad Pitt, his current wife Angelina Jolie, and ex-partner Jennifer Aniston.

 "At first she was on the fence about going," an insider said, referring to Jolie, "because she's not big on schmoozing at Hollywood get-togethers. But she quickly changed her mind after George told her that President Obama RSVP'd 'Yes'!"

The source also claimed that her husband Pitt will be attending with or without her while Aniston's name is still a confirmed one on the guest list.

"George is extremely concerned that by inviting both these women, they'll undoubtedly try to upstage each other and in doing so take the spotlight off the bride," the source told the publication.

Finally, a third dilemma involves the quitting of the couple's wedding planner due to "location confusion."

 "Before switching locations, George told the planner he wanted a sponsor," the insider said. "Now it all seems disorganized."
