Charlotte Hornets starting point guard Kemba Walker has never had any issues with his playing confidence.
For as long as the 2011 NBA draft 9th overall pick can remember, he has been at his best in situations where the ball in his hands and the game is on the line. From his early beginnings in high school to his successful collegiate winning days at UConn, Walker has always been fine with the pressure that comes with the big moment.

"It's what I'm known for," the 25-year-old Walker said. "It's what I do."
Walker led the Hornets with a remarkable game performance of a postseason career-high 34 points to even their best-of-seven first round playoffs series against the Miami Heat to two games apiece.
"You know how he is, he's so confident late [in the game]," said Hornets coach Steve Clifford. "He'll make the right play, but if there's a seam there, the way he's playing right now, he just saw it and he made the pull-up, then he got on that little run."
The listed 6-feet-1 point guard scored 11 of the final 13 points for the Hornets, doing a lot of damage for the visiting Heat, who could not hide their dismay of unsuccessfully containing the unwavering confidence of Walker.
The Michael Jordan-owned team dropped the first two games of their series with lopsided losses. Many game observers had questioned their capabilities and even predicted that the series will not go a distance especially when starting forward Nicolas Batum got injured and was ruled out to play in Game 2.
Now it is tied with two-all, and it is now down to a best-of-three series, with the momentum shifted to the sixth-seeded Hornets. Walker is oozing with confidence and has become the game changer of the series after four games played.
