5 Chinese were attacked in Afghanistan, 3 killed and 2 missing

According to latest news from Xinhua News Agency, Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan confirms that a fatal crime happened on August 8th in Kabul, the capital city of Afghanistan. After investigation, the crime was believed to target on Chinese citizens. So far, three Chinese citizens were killed and two Chinese were missing.

According to news from Phoenix News Agency, the missing Chinese citizens have been kidnapped. At present, Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan has sent some investigators to the scene of crime for rescue.
Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan issued a statement on August 9th. Based on the statement, the fatal crime occurred in an apartment building in Kabul and was believed to target on Chinese citizens.
The embassy urged the Afghan government to take all practical methods necessary to investigate the crime and arrest the criminals, and ensure the safety and security of the Chinese citizens and institutions in Afghanistan.
