Hong Kong actor Kenneth Ma was said to have been caught on date with his alleged new girlfriend, Chinese model Jackie Xu, after being single for a while, subsequent to his break up with actress Nancy Wu.

The previous week, Jackie Xu, otherwise known as Jackie X, was said to have been seen leaving her apartment with a female companion who was allegedly of kin to Kenneth Ma.

Half an hour after the two ladies left the 26-year old model's apartment, Kenneth Ma purportedly sent a cab for them outside a mall to pick Jackie X up. According to reports, the actor and the model went out for dinner at a restaurant near Pacific Palace.

Based on gossip reports, Kenneth Ma allegedly drove Jackie X back to her apartment after spending the evening together, being the gentleman he is. The two have been confronted by media personnel and the actor was said to have gone out of the car to face them.

The 40-year old actor did not answer the media's question as to his relationship with Jackie X, but he explained that they had dinner with two other friends, but they've already left so he took the liberty to drive her home.

The actor was also asked whether he considers developing a relationship with the young model, but he merely stated that it was only the second time they would be going out together. He has also asked the reporters not to subject Jackie X under queries about the matter.

According to previous reports, Kenneth Ma and Jackie X first met around two months ago. The two were said to have had an attraction for each other but wanted to keep a low profile on their relationship.

On the other hand, Jackie X's manager praised Kenneth Ma for maintaining a healthy kind of lifestyle and being a filial son. Jackie X's manager also stated that there is a chance that the two might come together as a couple since both of them are single anyway.
