Meanwhile, it was noted that with the upcoming game, trainers could only make their "Pokemon" characters evolve via the Evolution Shards collected by capturing other pocket monsters.
It was further explained that the shards in "Pokemon GO" function by capturing several Pokemon that belong to the same species. The trainers also need to collect 20 shards in order to make a certain Pokemon evolve.
As an example, the site explained that for a Pokemon that evolves twice, like Bulbasaur, the trainer must have already collected 10 shards for the first stage of its evolution, and another 10 for the second stage.
With the enhanced gaming experience for this particular type of "Pokemon" title, it was revealed that biomes have been made active for the gamers (trainers) to have more fun and have a real-world chance of capturing different characters.
These biomes of "Pokemon GO" enable players catch pocket monsters according to the environment where they thrive. This means that a Water-type Pokemon could only be seen near bodies of water like the river, whereas the Normal-type Pokemon like Rattata could be found in dense urban area.
Based on speculations and the most recent update, excitement would begin by summer as "Pokemon GO" carries with it such release date.
