Last Saturday, former "The View" host and Playboy model Jenny McCarthy got hitched to former New Kids on the Block Member Donnie Wahlberg in St. Charles, Illinois.

The couple married at Hotel Baker, surrounded by a few close family and friends. The small, intimate ceremony lasted only 20 minutes.

Sherri Shepherd, McCarthy's former co-host on "The View", took to Twitter to share a selfie in the airport while waiting for her plane to Illinois. "Catching an early morning flight to @jennyannmccarthy & @donniewahlberg's wedding ... What a beautiful day to join as one before God! Congrats to two beautiful people!" she posted.

Shepherd and McCarthy were both fired from "The View."

Actor Mark Wahlberg unfortunately couldn't attend his brother Donnie's wedding because it was his daughter's 11th birthday. He posted a short video clip on Instagram, apologizing for their absence. "I love you Donnie. I'm very happy for you. Sorry I couldn't be there, I'll see you soon," the actor said.

Donnie took to Twitter to reply to his brother, posting "Thank you @mark_wahlberg. Thanks to you & @rheadur for the adorable video for me & Jenny! Please wish a Happy B-Day to my god daughter Ella!" 

Other guests who were present in the wedding were Donnie's former bandmates, Jordan Knight, Jonathan Knight and Danny Wood.

McCarthy and Wahlberg were both previously married. 

McCarthy was married to director John Mallory Asher and, had a previous long-term relationship with comedian Jim Carrey. She has a son, Evan, with Asher.

Wahlberg, on the other hand, was married to recording engineer, Kim Fey.

The 45-year old Donnie currently stars in a reality show with his brothers Mark, Robert, Arthur and Jim entitled "Wahlburgers". The said show focuses on their burger join in Boston. 

Wahlberg also stars in the CBS series, "Blue Bloods".
