Xi’an plans to invest 38 billion Yuan to build a new Ah Pang Palace

According to Chinese media, the Ministry of Fengdong, Xixian District, Shanxi Province signed a contract with Beijing Shouchuang Inc. to use 38 billion Yuan to build a new Ah Pang Palace. Beijing Shouchuang Inc. will invest 3 billion Yuan first to reform the Ah Pang Palace National Relics Park, which has 2.3 square kilometers. This park can be a district symbol in Xixian district. Then Beijing Shouchuang Inc. will set the park as the center of a new "Shouchuang Ah Pang Palace Culture and Travel Base", which has 12.5 square kilometers. They will invest 2 billion for the first stage.

However, this news didn't make people feel worried instead of happy. People are afraid this is another appearance project, which costs lots of money.
Some media suggested that maybe they should learn , a traditional Chinese article about Ah Pang Palace, first to understand the spirit inside. The ode described the construction and destruction of Ah Pang Palace and described the prosperous time and fall time of the Qin Dynasty. There are lots of relics in the world and there's no need to rebuild them. The value of these relics cannot be judged by the money.
Some people appeal that instead of invest the money to a useless relic, they should use the money to build Xi'an. The data shows that there are 1.18 million people with low salary in Xi'an and 1.38 million people still stay hungry everyday.
