Rapper Jay Z watched as the crowd went gaga over the stack of US$2 bills during the Steve Aoki show at 'Made in America' music festival over the weekend. The crowd has been showered with cakes and champagne and they thought the money was just for show. However, there is a reason behind the iconic US$2 bills.

The bills have a history in the music industry and it is related to Mr. Stevan Reisman, the lawyer of almost everyone in the music industry. He was dubbed as "The Two Dollar Bill Man" and is connected with Jay Z, Kanye West, Michael Strahan, Justin Bieber, Big Sean, and many more.
Reisman is said to be a human US$2 bill dispensary for all the stars in the rap and hip-hop world. Reisman also apparently spent his Saturday handing out his famous bills.
Complex, a show which focused on music, investigated about Reisman and they talked about what his connection was to the artists.
Reisman's story of the famous US$2 bill happened way back before. He said that he got in a cab and got it as his change. Reisman then thought that it was a lucky coincidence and that's when he started leaving the bills everywhere.
He left it as a tip, he left them on the subway and he gave it out to concerts.
They said that Reisman was in Instagram and Twitter pages as more stars shared photos of them with this man and his trademark item.
Complex even showed a video in one of Eminem's music vid where they were throwing the US$2 bills up in the air. According to Complex, the bills made it to the vid because Reisman gave it to Eminem's manager.
A video of Reisman was also showed when he first met Drake at a concert. Drake mentioned Reisman because he took notice of how the lawyer knew every lyrics of his song. He then proceeded to give Drake a US$2 bill.
Reisman did not want to have his story published at first, because he did not want to be dubbed as someone who just wanted attention for giving out such an odd item. Complex then added that the man runs charitable causes such as, giving free tickets for those who are passionate about certain artists but could not afford to buy their own tickets.
