Kate Bush is now only following the legendary Elvis Presley and the phenomenal 60s group, the Beatles, placing number 12 and 11 respectively.
Previously, the 'Wuthering Heights' singer has topped the same music chart in 1978 which made her the first female artist to have a No. 1 debut sing in the country.
According to media reports, the sudden rise in sales of the singer's albums started just before she began a series of concerts called 'Before the Dawn' which kicked off in London.
After 35 years of being on hiatus, Kate Bush makes her comeback through a 22-date series concert. Additionally, all the tickets for all 22 events sold out in less than 15 minutes. The concert series was said to have garnered 80,000 ticket sales.
Other notable artists who made it to the top 10 include Maroon 5 who nabbed the second place for their album 'Maps' while British singer Ed Sheeran is enjoying his 10th week on the number five spot for his album 'X'.
Taylor Swift and David Guetta have also made their way to the top five while Nico and Vinz rounds up the top five list this week.
