Two-time Academy Award winning actress Jodie Foster finally got her star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday.
Jodie Foster is the 2,580th artist to be honored on the walk and it was actress and friend Kristen Stewart who had the pleasure of presenting Foster outside the legendary TCL Chinese Theater in the heart of Hollywood.

"I grew up probably ten blocks from here, off Cahuenga, and had to pass this street every day as I was on my way to school," Foster told everyone around.
She also shared that she was banned from visiting the Boulevard when she was young.
"And my mother said if she ever found us on Hollywood Boulevard, we shouldn't bother coming home," she told fans, some of whom where there for six hours just to catch a glimpse of her.
"It feels nostalgic and kind of emotional. It just reminds me of conversations that I had with my mom, 10 blocks from here about Hollywood Boulevard and what it represented," she told People magazine.
She also recalled how her mother would drive her down the street and tell her something about Tinseltown's past.
"Talk about Clark Gable and all the premieres that happened at Mann's Chinese - Grauman's Chinese at the time. It's a great bit of nostalgia and I feel honored to be a part of it," she said.
Foster, who started her Hollywood career as a model at the age of three, rose to fame as a teenage prostitute in Taxi Driver (1976). She gained critical acclaim as a rape survivor in The Accused (1988), earning her her first Oscar for Best Actress. Perhaps, her most unforgettable performance was that of FBI trainee Clarice Starling in the sleeper hit The Silence of the Lambs (1991), winning another Academy Award for Best Actress.
