Amid the ugly reason of their break-up years ago, recent rumors claimed that Rihanna and Chris Brown might have been back to singing good music together once again.

In an interview with Hollywood Life, an insider reportedly revealed that the 28-year-old Barbados-born singer and songwriter only had good words for the 27-year-old "Kiss Kiss" artist, especially when she greeted him on his birthday last May 5.

"Ri was full of compliments," the source reportedly shared. "She told him how proud of him she is and made clear that he's matured greatly."

The source even continued by saying that Rihanna told Chris Brown "to keep coming with the hits and gave him the biggest complement of all by telling him he's still sexy as fuck."

Having learned about her birthday greeting, the report noted that it was good to observe that the on-again, off-again couple has remained "cordial" despite what happened to them.

"Chris is so spoiled," the insider added. "He got mad birthday love from his two favorite girls - Ro Ro (Royalty) and RiRi. Ri called him and wished him a happy birthday while he was playing with his daughter."

In the meantime, Hollywood Life dished in a separate report that Chris Brown allegedly got hurt upon hearing that she got cozy with "Titanic" actor Leonardo DiCaprio.

"Chris thought Rihanna was done playing around with bad boys who don't want to commit," a source reportedly said. "He was stunned a little bit to hear she's her back in Leo's arms and whispering in his ear. That hurt him a bit because he still has feelings for her."

"As a former bad boy himself, Chris changed his entire image and persona, mostly for Royalty, but partly for RiRi too," the source continued to dish. "He loves Rihanna and no disrespect to Leo, but he doesn't want Ri to get caught in his glory just because he recently won an Oscar."

Chris Brown, whose relationship with Rihanna before went controversial, allegedly stated, "Leo's still a player and he hopes she knows that."
