One of the courts of China's far western region recently pronounced 5 Uighurs accused of the said "terror attack". Recent media reports stated two are sentenced to death and leaving the remaining three penalized with imprisonment. This attack took the life of 15 people and leaving others a trace of fear of this lead terror group.

These 5 Uighurs were accused of commanding a company who engaged in killing, organized prohibited explosives according to the regional news website.
Uighurs live in China's Xinjiang Region, a vast group of Turkish-speaking Muslims. These people are among China's 55 ethnic minority groups and they are in a negative control. Reports of discrimination abound as well as discussions of terrorism sail.
After a series of deadly clash among government authorities and Uighurs, the administration of China started out an appeal and boost control to protect communities and the people against this leading "terror group". A village close to the ancient town of Kashgar is the place where the carnage started. A couple of months ago, several Uighurs were jailed because of religious extremism and promoting racial hatred in the region of Xinjiang, the place they call home. An accused promoted extremism via internet and used illegal sites.
Several Uighur groups are also associated with the militants of Central Asian and Pakistan Islamist. Last June, two incidents were reported in the Turpan and Hotan Prefecture respectively; a clash in Xinjiang that stole 35 lives and several rioters hurt. Since July 2009, the Xinjiang area tensions have remained high when 200 people in Urumqi died after an attack made by Uighur to the Han Chinese neighborhood.
The ethnic tensions made things worse rather than controlling them, reports were told that the Chinese government failed to maintain armistice. In a publicized speech from the Communist Party Secretary, Zhang Chunxian, he declared a determined desire to win against terror and acquire stability.
