Police detained an emotionally disturbed man who showed up at Taylor Swift's New York City apartment on Tuesday night.
A disoriented man carrying a duffle bag entered Swift's Tribeca apartment building at approximately 6 pm on Tuesday and started milling around the porch area suspiciously, prompting the Bad Blood singer's security team to detain the man before calling 911.

The New York Police and Fire Department arrived at the scene and handcuffed the intruder before taking him to a nearby hospital in an ambulance for evaluation.
In a video obtained by TMZ, the dark-haired man can be seen in handcuffs as police search through his duffle bag. It is not yet clear whether the man made any threats or broke into Swift's apartment but he has not yet been charged for an offence.
Fortunately, T-Swift was not home at the time of the incident but this isn't the first time a stranger has showed up at the pop-star's residence.
Earlier this year, police had to be called to the 26-year-old's Beverly Hills property to deal with an overzealous fan.
On Feb. 13, Swift's security guards noticed an unidentified man lurking around the property's front gate with a guitar in hand and asked him to leave but the man refused, saying that he was waiting for Taylor as they have worked together in the past, prompting security to call the police.
The incident took place 10 days after cops responded to a call reporting an unwanted stranger who was loitering around the driveway of one of Swift's Los Angeles homes.
