Jennifer Lopez recently spoke to Elle UK about the direction of her love life that she is taking. In the magazine's latest issue, the "I Luh Ya Papi" singer talked about looking for and finding "The One" that she should have in her life.
"I still believe in love," the actress commented. "The nirvana man, he's out there somewhere. But you just have to work at it. You have to work at everything."

Lopez also talked about the troubles of her past love affairs and admitted that she also had a fair share of her own mistakes in such relationships. The mother-of-two called it quits with her boyfriend of two years, Casper Smart, last June. His dancer boyfriend allegedly cheated on her by cozying up to a transgender model.
The 45-year-old diva further explained to Elle UK about the mistakes she has made while the world was watching.
"I rush in, I get swept up and I ignore the signs," Lopez claimed. "But so many of us are guilty of these things. Each time it goes wrong, it's hard. I get really hurt but I have to let myself go: 'What did I do? What can I learn?'"
The actress had also spoken about moving forward and getting things right sooner or later.
"And as hard and as hurtful as things get, I want to believe I will be able to go one step higher," Lopez said. "I've got to hope that if I keep going I will eventually get it right."
Despite the troubles of three failed marriages and an unsuccessful high-profile engagement, the Billboard Icon awardee claimed that she remains keen on finding the right man.
Looking into her marriage with ex-husband Marc Anthony and their separation in 2011, Lopez mentioned about attempting to hold things together for the family.
"I'm from a traditional background," the "Parker" star said. "It takes two people to make a kid for a reason. It's tough because I know they feel the void of that male presence. When Marc and I first broke up, I did think: 'I wish I could have held this together.'"
Even so, Lopez believes that having the wrong things in life will make one think about ways to make it right, especially when children are involved.
"But when you realize it's not the right thing for anybody, you think: 'OK, well how do we make this work, how do we make this better, how do we make this great for the children anyway?'", Lopez said.
