A makeup free Hayden Panettiere was spotted in Utah for the first time since her postpartum depression confession on Twitter.

The barefaced "Nashville" star was clad in a casual ensemble as she wore a maroon bomber jacket, red sweatpants, and white sneakers. In a series of photos published on Mail Online, the actress is seen out on a coffee break along with several companions. She is believed to have visited Barnes & Noble to pick up a couple of reading materials.

The outing comes three days after Hayden Panettiere's admission that she is suffering from postpartum depression. She said that she was seeking treatment to address the matter.

"The postpartum depression I have been experiencing has impacted every aspect of my life, she wrote. "Rather than stay stuck due to unhealthy coping mechanisms(,) I have chosen to take time to reflect holistically on my health and life. Wish me luck!"

The actress' tweet came on the heels of the cancellation of "Nashville," her country music drama. In the show, she plays Juliette Barnes, who also suffered depression after giving birth.

Meanwhile, co-star Connie Britton said Hayden Panettiere is "holding up" amid her postpartum depression and their show getting canceled after four seasons.

"I haven't [spoken to Panettiere] since we wrapped but I know she's gonna be great," Britton told Us Weekly. "She's doing great."

Hayden Panettiere first sought postpartum depression treatment last 2015 after she gave birth to her daughter, Kaya, in December 2014. Vladimir Klitschko's fiancée has been openly talking about what she is going through.

In an earlier interview, she slammed people who have doubts about postpartum depression saying, "you have no idea what you're talking about."
