A mediation and litigation center will be established near Shanghai Disneyland in order to immediately address possible crimes and lawsuits which may arise once the theme park formally opens its gates to the public.
The center will be under city's Pudong New Area People's Court, reported the China Daily.

"As a considerable number of visitors will be from other parts of the country, or even from overseas, and will stay for only a couple of days in Shanghai, we set up the center to fast-track court procedures and will provide visitors with one-stop service," explained Fu Yuming, vice-president of the court.
The entertainment park, which is scheduled to formally open on June 19, made a trial run last May 7.
According to Shendi Group, Disney's Chinese partners, he expects the theme park to annually draw in at least 10 million visitors.
However, disputes have arisen since the resort's trial run began, Fu revealed, which created the need to set up mediation and litigation center at Shanghai Disneyland.
"With such a colossal number of visitors to the Disney Resort, we estimate that disputes in ticketing, catering, accommodation, tour contracts and consumption may rise," Fu explained.
"And we also need to guard against criminal activities that endanger public security and personal and property safety," he added.
The mediation and litigation center at Shanghai Disneyland will offer court services, including mediation, case registration, submission of evidence, coordinating with a judge, resolution of sentencing objections and judicial aid, court officials said.
The center will also regularly share information on lawsuits and ongoing cases will be updated and shared with the police, market watchdogs and consumer rights protection councils
The court said that this will encourage businesses within the area to be honest in their dealings with customers.
The mediation and litigation center at Shanghai Disneyland was inspired by an earlier tribunal which was established by the Pudong court during the World Expo in 2010.
