A five-year-old girl from Texas was taken to the hospital on Tuesday after obtaining extensive injuries from being spun at high speed in a washing machine for several minutes.
The girl who miraculously survived the high speed spin of the washing machine is currently being treated and is expected to recover from her injuries, reports indicated on Wednesday.

The unnamed child spun for several minutes after being locked in an operating washing machine in Les Washateria at about 6:15 in the evening before an individual who happened to walk by noticed something flopping inside the machine.
According to police, before the trapped child was discovered, a woman who tried to use the washing machine reported it to be broken to the launderette's manager and was able to get a refund.
"One person walked by and said they saw something flopping around in there. They thought it was just a dress or something because it was moving pretty fast," Pasadena Police Spokesperson Vance Mitchell stated.
After finding the girl inside the washer, an employee in the Pasadena launderette turned off the electricity and managed to get the child out before emergency services arrived.
Afterwards, the five-year-old victim, who looked pretty banged up from the high speed spin, was airlifted as a precaution to the nearest hospital, though reports indicate that her injuries were not fatal.
Police are still unsure as to how the girl ended up inside the washer though the possibility of foul play has already been dismissed.
According to reports, authorities believe that it was just an accident. In spite of queries, the names of the child and her parents were not revealed by authorities.
Similar reports have emerged in the past few years which unfortunately led to fatalities.
In the United States, a baby, who was accidentally put into a washing machine with a pile of dirty clothes, died after spinning for around 40 minutes in 2010.
More recently, two girls aged four and two also passed away after acquiring injuries from being trapped inside a spinning washing machine in China.
