Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Veteran, Brandon "The Truth" Vera, will be staging his coming back to competitive mixed martial arts (MMA) in Asian organization, ONE FC.
Vera will be having his fight in the Philippines, in his new organization ONE FC. He recently came to Manila with the Vice President ONE FC, and fellow veteran of UFC as well, Rich "Ace" Franklin.

In a press conference, he stated that he will no longer be fighting in light heavyweight, the weight class he has been in for around five years.
He will be returning to his original weight class of heavyweight against an - as of now - unnamed opponent.
Speculations from reports point the possibility of facing undefeated British fighter Chi Lewis Perry, Canadian Taiwanese fighter Paul Cheng, Bellator MMA veteran Tony Johnson Jr., and even UFC and Ultimate Fighter Veteran James McSweeney.
McSweeney is riding a tide of knockout victories, one by a picturesque flying knee.
At one time, Vera was considered the next big thing to happen in mixed martial arts.
His Phenom-like skill with muay thai and long limbs gave him an early four-fight win streak in the UFC, the last against former heavyweight champion Frank Mir. With all the hype and expectation around him, Vera had high hopes of taking both the heavyweight and light heavyweight championships.
However, a contractual dispute left him sidelined for about a year.
When he returned, he was never the same again, going on a win-loss drudge through the UFC, leaving him with a record of 12 wins, seven losses, and one no-contest.
Vera's fight is scheduled for December 5 at the Mall of Asia Arena, in the Philippines.
