In the teaser trailer of the new show, Kourtney revealed that the father of her children "might be going to rehab."

Following her statement, the camera showed a bottle of pills, which Scott reportedly emptied.

"I don't know what to do," Scott said after the doctor told him that he took a bad combination of drugs.

While KUWTK have shown that Scott is a club regular and always goes on wild parties, his substance abuse came as a shock since Kourtney Is pregnant with their third child.

The trailer of the spin-off also showed Kourtney at a doctors clinic as she finds out the sex of their baby, sans Scott.

"Unless you want to be sober, then I don't want you here," Kourtney said, locking Scott out of their Hamptons home. "And if you want to die, then you can continue to act this way."

During the last couple of episodes of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the show centered on Kourtney and Scott's fights and his depression over the death of his parents.

In one episode, Scott was both shocked and frustrated to learn that Kourtney was pregnant again.

Also, the episode revealed that the decision to move to the Hamptons for the summer came as a result of Scott's depression.

Scott's parents lived in the Hamptons, which was why he initially opposed Kourtney's plan for them to spend the summer there.

He added that there have been a lot of times when his parents invited them over, but couldn't, and said it's painful that when they can finally make time, his parents were no longer around.
