The lavish mansion is reported to have 10 bedrooms as well as a game room, screening room, gym and 16 bathrooms to accommodate the stars growing entourage.
Justin is no stranger to renting out lavish homes, he previously dropped $50,000 to spend two nights at The Villa Casa Casuarina, which is also more commonly known as the Versace Mansion. The pop star even slept in the same bed that is normally only reserved for Donatella Versace.
It was also reported that he had once treated his former girlfriend, Selena Gomez, to a screening of her favorite film, 'The Titanic' by renting out the famous Staples Center for a date night.
On Tuesday, Justin went on a spontaneous camping trip with famous Dutch DJ Martin Garrix and music video director Rory Kramer, he posted a photo of the trip on Instagram and captioned it as "Had one of the best nights of my life last night. Road Trip!"
The spontaneous trip was most likely a celebration for the three artists, seeing as Garrix has been recording new music with the Grammy winner while Kramer recently directed the music video for Justin's new single 'I'll show you'.
