Sony announced at IFA 2014 its Xperia line of devices will support PlayStation 4's remote play feature.
The Sony devices include Xperia Z3, Z3 Compact and Z3 Tablet Compact. An app will let players take their game seamlessly onto a small screen.
Gamers can download the app from the Google Play Store or they can avail it at the launch of these devices.

To begin playing, first set-up Remote Play on the PS4. You can then play the game on either a big or small console screen, provided the two devices are on the same wireless network.
Remote Play allows gamers to use PS4 Dualshock 4 controller to play the games.
It also encourages gamers to jump through at least one hoop. If gamers want to attach it the controller, Sony will sell its new mount.
It's basically a suction cup with a bracket that attaches to the controller and holds the phone, or tablet, securely in place while you play.
The Minato, Tokyo-based electronics maker hasn't announced the official price for the mount.
The Xperia Z3 line will launch this autumn. Although Remote Play won't be launched alongside this phone, it will likely follow soon afterwards.
Remote Play is also available on PlayStation TV systems and the PS Vita
