In light of the rumors of a wedding in the works, Australian actor Liam Hemsworth is not definitively confirming anything about the state of his relationship with Miley Cyrus, saying that people are smart enough to figure things out.

"People will figure it out, they already have... They're not dumb," the Hunger Games actor told GQ Australia.

According to People magazine, Hemsworth and Cyrus got back together early this year. Soon after, Cyrus was spotted wearing the engagement ring Hemsworth gave her. However, in an interview with Australia's TV Week in late March, Hemsworth said he was "not engaged."

When asked if their wedding is back on, Hemsworth told Extra earlier this month: "I'm sure one day I'll go down that road and it will feel right. For now, I feel very young and feel like I have a lot of things to do."

The couple has been nevertheless spotted publicly on a number of occasions and even dined out with Hemsworth's parents in Australia last month.

"I guess when I feel something, then I just feel it and I go for it," the 26-year-old actor told GQ. "I make my decision about what's going to make me happy, what I think is right and what I want to do - and I don't worry too much outside of that."

Meanwhile, when asked about their split three years ago, the hunk actor admitted it was difficult, and they were both young but said "we were going in different directions and it's just what needed to happen... it was a good decision at the time - we both needed that."
