Another power couple is turning another chapter in their life. Actress Scarlet Johansson and fiancé French journalist Romain Duriac welcomed their baby girl on Thursday.
This is Johansson and Duriac's first child. The couple got engaged in September 2013.
A representative of the actress has announced along with the baby news that the name of their daughter is Rose. The representative added that mother and daughter safely came through the birthing process.

The "Avengers" actress talked about her pregnancy in a recent interview, saying that heaving a baby was something she looked forward to. She added that she was fortunate that her career has been diverse, which allowed her to manage all the challenges of her pregnancy.
She added that she needs to learn how to balance her activities and priorities upon the arrival of their daughter and that she knows there will be some sacrifices.
She noted in her interview that although she is having her first child, she wants to have it all in a good way. By 'all' she meant being able to raise a family and make at least one film in a year, work on her own, develop things, and do theatre.
She was also interviewed by WSJ magazine in April about her relationship with Duriac. She said that they want to lead a relatively low-key relationship so as to make their life quiet.
Almost a month before Johansson gave birth, she was seen walking on the streets of New York sporting her short blonde hair. She also continued to exercise while pregnant, and that was when she first showed her massive baby bump while in London with her fiancé.
Johansson was first married to actor Ryan Reynolds but the pair divorced in 2011.
