"Resident Evil 5" is set for a release once again in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the video game series. Fans of the survival horror known as Biohazard in Japan will be able to experience the fear and thrill of killing the annoying zombies on current generation consoles.

'Resident Evil 5' and 'Resident Evil 4' Re-Release

Capcom is looking to give gamers another treat by re-releasing a more improved "Resident Evil 5." Not only that, the game developer is also going to launch an enhanced version of the "Resident Evil 4."

The first three installments of "Resident Evil" made a mark for their terrifying atmosphere.

"Resident Evil 4" adopts a combination of the old gameplay style of its predecessors and new playing techniques.

"Resident Evil 5," on the other hand, was a discrete turning point for the video game series.

Aside from the climactic story, the new "Resident Evil 5" comes with original add-on contents, according to Capcom. The game will contain additional stories like "Lost in Nightmares" and "Desperate Escape" with No Mercy Mode, and "The Mercenaries United."

"Resident Evil 5" is set to be re-released digitally on June 28 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, while the disc version will be available on July 12 in North America.
