Many are surprised about the news that Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris have broken up. Now, questions are starting to emerge about what went wrong with their magical relationship.

Some said Harris is the one who initiated the break-up, while others claim that Taylor Swift does not want to be with the Scottish DJ anymore.

"Taylor was really disappointed in Calvin and felt like he wasn't there for her," an insider told E! News. "She felt down and like her needs weren't being met. She doesn't want to get back together."

"Adam really liked Taylor, she was not the type of girl he ever dates and he liked that," the source continued. "He started to lose interest over the past few months, but really tried to not just break up."

The source explained that the former couple has differences in many aspects of their relationship. Also, their busy schedule of concert tours and travels added more complications to their affair.

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris also have a dissimilar set of friends. However, the insider declared that the 32-year-old record producer never cheated on Swift.

"There were no other women involved with Adam," the source claimed. "No one cheated. There was no drama."

Swift, on the other hand, is doing fine, another source told Us Weekly. The "Shake it Off" hitmaker might still be upset, but she has now accepted that their relationship is simply not working anymore.

The source also said that the break up has taken place for a week now, and it happened with a "very mature" manner. However, Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are yet to confirm the news.
