Rumors are out that Nick Cannon is still madly, deeply in love with Mariah Carey that's why he is still reluctant to sign their divorce papers. The pop diva, meanwhile, is "frustrated and not flattered at all" since she can't push through with her plans of marrying his boyfriend, Australian billionaire James Packer.

But how much will Nick Cannon get if the divorce proceedings become final?
The couple actually signed a prenup agreement that came with a confidentiality clause. That means, they're not allowed to say anything about how much will go to whom.
Sources told TMZ that if Nick violates the agreement, he has to pay $250,000 to Carey but if she spills the beans she will give Nick $500,000.
It's obvious that between the two, Mariah is way, way wealthier than Nick.
According to the prenup agreement, Carey has a net worth of $150 million. So much is her money that she listed $30 million simply as "miscellaneous" cash. Nick, meanwhile, was only worth roughly $500,000 when they got married in 2008.
But things turned out well for Nick after they tied the knot and he also made millions from different projects. Nevertheless, Nick had to buy a $500,000-engagement ring for Mariah, which he took from a $470,000-loan. Until now, sources believe he hasn't paid it yet.
Cannon was the one who initiated for divorce last December 2014 four months after their split.
It is believed that the two have already sorted things out after the divorce papers were file. They even agreed to have joint custody of their five-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe. That means, only Nick's signature is needed to official end their marriage.
