It looks like Mariah Carey will have a hard time getting married again as her former husband Nick Canon has declined to sign their divorce papers.
Legally, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are still married. Cannon, 35, has allegedly refused to put his signature to paper to set the Heartbreaker hitmaker free because he still loves her, according to TMZ.

Despite the court procedures, Carey and Cannon are said to still be good friends.
They even take their twin kids (5-year-old Monroe and Moroccan) out together to celebrate some special occasions.
Carey and Cannon got married in the 46-year-old singer's private property on Windermere Island in the Bahamas in 2008. They decided to part their ways in August 2014 and filed a divorce four months later.
Carey seems to have moved on and recently got engaged to James Packer. Their relationship reportedly started in June 2015, and the billionaire proposed to her at a private dinner party in January this year.
The couple is often seen out and about touring around Europe and the Middle East with Packer's luxury yacht. If she ties the knot with Packer, it will be Mariah Carey's third marriage.
