It's only a week since the news broke that Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are divorcing, but the issue of whether or not Heard should get spousal has become the talk of the town.
The actress requested for spousal support, which Depp immediately rejected.
Heard tries to paint a dire picture of her financial condition in an income and expense documents filed with Los Angeles Superior Court this week where Heard needs Depp to give her $50,000 a month in support.

But how much does Heard really earn?
In an article in Daily Mail, Heard's income from January 1 to May 31 this year shows that she received $27,000 from royalties from her recent appearance, including The Cleveland Show and Magic Mike XXL.
However, that amount won't be enough to cover the $44,000 in monthly expenses she claims. Here's the breakdown of where her money goes: $10,000 a month for rent, $10,000 a month for entertainment, gifts and vacations, $2,000 a month for eating out, $3,000 a month in health costs not covered by insurance and $10,000 a month for pet supplies and fees for her public relations agent and attorney. It seems Amber should better start to tighten her belt!
Her income for 2014 was only $250,000 while her expenditure reached $209,000, leaving a little amount for savings, which is $25,000. Nevertheless, she still gets residuals from her roles in The Rum Diaries.
Celebrity Net Worth estimated Heard's net worth at $9 million, compared to Johnny Depp's $400 million-fortune.
And it also seems she might not get $50,000 a month at all given that whatever spousal support she might get would be limited because she was married to Depp for only 15 months..
