Blizzard Entertainment is working on making logging in and live streaming easier. Overwatch developers are teaming up with Facebook to implement Facebook's Live API into their games.

Blizzard & Facebook Team up

Later this month, players will be able to use their Facebook Login to access Blizzard games on PC, Polygon reported. Logging into your games such as Overwatch, Hearthstone, World of Warcraft, Heroes of the Storm, Diablo 3 and StarCraft 2 will now be easier.

Blizzard games can now be accessed by Facebook's more than one billion users, giving Blizzard a chance to expand its market. Eventually, Blizzard is hoping to use Facebook Live API to allow players to share their games with their friends.

The Verge reported that Blizzard calls this feature Go Live. Players will be able to stream Blizzard's games directly to their timeline. Blizzard has not announced when Go Live will be implemented. However, the login option should be implemented later this month.

Activision & Facebook

Last month, Blizzard's parent company, Activision, announced that they will be adapting the same feature on their e-sports platform. With Facebook's help, Activision's game tournaments would be broadcast live on Facebook. Call of Duty: Black Ops III will be the first game to feature this function.

However, Blizzard is more known for its popular e-sports titles like StarCraft and Hearthstone. The company also has new titles like Heroes of the Storm and Overwatch, which are also proving to be a hit.

What do you think of this new feature? Don't forget to let us know by leaving your comments below. Haven't played Overwatch yet? Here's a sneak peek of the game.
