"Pretty Little Liars" season 7 will see the return of former recurring cast members Lindsey Shaw.

Shaw plays the role of Paige, and the latter was previously in a relationship with Emily Fields (Shay Mitchell).

According to TV Line, Paige's return may cause a stir in Rosewood, especially in the lives of the Liars because they didn't part ways on a positive note.

More specifically, Paige and Alison DiLaurentis (Sasha Pieterse) are not in good terms at the moment.

Even though the latter is confined at a psychiatric facility, Rosewood is a pretty small town and it's highly likely that the two will bump into each other soon.

As of late, fans are already speculating on what Paige could bring to Rosewood when she returns.

Some viewers believe that there's hope for her and Emily to reconcile, but others believe that the latter has already completely moved on from the former.

Another fan @NM is speculating that Paige was the person responsible for killing Charlotte (Vanessa Ray) and this could be one of the bigger reasons why she and Alison hate each other.

Meanwhile, Shaw wouldn't be the last cast member to return to "Pretty Little Liars" season 7.

Just recently, executive producer Marlene King told Entertainment Weekly that there are a lot of old and new cast members that will be part of the final season of the hit Freeform TV series.

"There's a lot of great people coming back. We're calling it a season of homecomings, and there are a lot of old faces that are going to feel like new faces when we see them again this year," she said.

Just recently, the exec penned the script for the show's upcoming 10^th episode.
