It'll rise from the east coast of Florida over the Atlantic Ocean at 7:18 pm EDT on September 8 and will set 7:35 am on September 9.

The moon will be seen at its largest at around 7:18 pm on September 8 all over the east coast of U.S. NASA said it will be last full moon this summer.

An amazing fact about this is that the Full Harvest Moon appears to be 30 percent brighter and 14 percent larger than a typical full moon.

The Harvest Moon's name originally came from farmers. Years ago when electricity wasn't present all over the world, farmers depended on the moonlight to harvest their crops and extend their workdays.

The Harvest Moon arrives weeks before summer bids adieu and when fall is about to begin. The special event occurred earlier this year since it's expected on September 23 as the autumn equinox is set to occur.

This occurrence represents a period when the moon is very close to the earth.

Also, the moon rise from September 7 to 9 varies each day. Reports say it's some 50 minutes later than the first day the Full Harvest Moon has risen.

Anyway, NASA said that if you want to stroll along the beach to witness the Full Harvest Moon, there will be a 4.5 foot high tide occurring at around 7:05 pm EDT.

Also, the best place to watch the majestic view would be somewhere there won't be much artificial light and no clouds covering the night sky.
