Apple users who just cannot get enough of Siri would be able to interact with the voice assistant more on iOS 10. The company announced that Siri can now be integrated with third-party applications, including WeChat, Uber, Skype, and Viber. Users can ask Siri to "book a trip" or "send a message" and it will open the app according to your voice command, Apple revealed.
Also, users who love taking selfies and pictures from travel trips and special occasions will be happy with Apple's new Photos app. The app comes with 'face recognition' feature, which allows users to create albums based on the group of people in their gallery. Another feature called 'Memories' gathers related photos that were taken at a given time or event.
Apple has sought to make the new version of its Music app simpler, cleaner and easier to navigate. Downloaded songs can now be found on the Downloaded Music tab, while a playlist specifically picked for a user can be found on the For You tab.
The iMessage app also received major updates, making it a more fun messaging tool. The company has made the emojis three times bigger on the iOS 10. Users will now also be able to insert links from Youtube and play the clip within the app, taking away that hassle of waiting for the link to load.
Now to the fun part, iOS 10 offers bubble effects according to the user's mood. Users can alter the size and even blur and write texts in "invisible ink" should a conversation call for more privacy.
Apple will roll-out the iOS 10 globally in September.
