English Premier League giants Chelsea FC are looking to return into title-contention next season as incoming head coach Antonio Conte is set to prepare his preferred roster this summer.

The Blues are expected to become one of the busiest clubs in England during the offseason especially after the Euro 2016 competitions are done when Conte officially takes over the reins at the Stamford Bridge.

A few rumors have recently been swirling around the English top flight league and two of them involve Chelsea and its championship aspirations next season.

Blues eye West Ham's £60M-rated Dimitri Payet. According to the Daily Express, Conte is targeting the West Ham striker to add to his scoring options next term and the Hammers have responded with a £60 million release clause for the France international.

Payet was effective for Slaven Bilić during 2015-2016 since he was signed from Ligue 1 side Olympique de Marseille last summer for an undisclosed eight-figure fee.

The 29-year-old attacking midfielder scored 12 goals in 38 appearances in all competitions for the Irons and the club are said to be ready to sell him at the right price.

The report noted that Conte is prepared to use some of the £150 million transfer kitty that the Pensioners are about to give him this summer to acquire Payet.

Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois wants countryman Radja Nainggolan to join them at Stamford Bridge. The 2014-2015 Premier League Player of the Season recently admitted that he and Blues goalkeeper Courtois want their countryman Nainggolan to complete a Chelsea transfer when the summer window opens next month as he considers the Roma midfielder as "one of the best in the world", as per Metro.

Hazard, Courtois, and Nainggolan are currently all together competing for the Belgium national team in the Euros and the reunion may have sparked something inside of Hazard to try and lure his De Rode Duivels teammate with him at the Stamford Bridge next season.

"I think Radja Nainggolan is one of the best in the world, so with Thibaut Courtois we'd love him to come to Chelsea," said Hazard. "Of course, it doesn't depend on us."
