When was the last time you visited MSN.com to search for something?

Microsoft launched its revamped MSN portal last weekend. The new MSN now has easy access to personal productivity tools and content coming from a large number of providers.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said the changes are in line with the company's "mobile first, cloud first" campaign. It means people can finish their digital tasks across all their devices.

The company is trying to revive MSN by focusing on top Web content instead of offering original content.

During the relaunch, Microsoft signed up with over 1.300 publishers worldwide, including CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, The New York Times and Yomiuri.

At the top of the new MSN Homepage, users can see an entire strip of shortcuts called "Services Stripe."

This will allow users easy access to personal services like Outlook.com email, Skype, Office 365, and OneDrive. It will let users access Twitter and Facebook, as well.

The new MSN provides "actionable information" along with content and personal productivity tools like symptom checker, calculator and 3D body explorer.

Users can access content from 11 sections that include money, news, sports, health and fitness, travel and video.

"Information and personalized settings are roamed through the cloud to keep users in the know wherever they are," said Brian MacDonald, corporate vice president for information and content experiences at Microsoft.

Users can expect to experience the revamped MSN apps across Android and iOS to complement corresponding Windows and Windows Phone apps.

Microsoft said it has an audience of more than 437 million people across 50 countries for MSN.
