Fe is made on a 3D platform developed by Zoink from Gothenburg, Sweden. Fe means "fairy" in Swedish.
In Fe, players will play as a small cub while exploring an enchanting forest. However, the characters the players will meet only speak the language of music and nothing else.
The player would not hear any words in the game as the mysterious flowers and animals in the magical forest have their way of communicating to the lead character.
Evidently, Fe has its connection with nature that the gamer needs to find out. Every little thing in the forest is accompanied with a song that the cub needs to learn.
EA to Help Small Developers
Fe is EA's first game for EA Originals, which aims to finance and help small development groups.
The revenue that EA Originals gets from Fe will directly go to the game's developer, which is Zoink that also created the adventure game Stick it to the Man.
EA Studios Executive Vice President Patrick Soderlund introduced EA Originals.
"Today at EA PLAY, I was proud to announce EA Originals, and provide a first look at an amazing new game that we will bring to all of you," Soderlund said in a statement.
"With EA Originals, we are committed to finding great new games that we know players are going to love, and working with small developers to make sure those games get discovered and into the hands of players."
