She has no doubt been feeling blue after her split with boyfriend, Tyga and Kylie Jenner confirmed this by debuting blue hair for an outing with half-sister, Khloe Kardashian.

The 18-year old socialite and reality star arrived at Koi Restaurant with a friend in tow but turned heads because of her new hair color, the hair, however, seemed longer than the weave she sported earlier in the day when she spotted having lunch with Scott Disick.

Kylie matched her blue hair by wearing a red oversized shirt that she paired with thigh-high velvet boots.

Meanwhile, older half-sister Khloe Kardashian also turned heads when she arrived at the restaurant wearing an orange skin-tight dress, that greatly showed off her gargantuan behind, she paired the dress high heels.

Kylie herself seemed quite aware of  how the new hair would affect her fans because she uploaded a Snapchat video of her hair color change for them to enjoy and as if  that Snapchat video was not enough, there was even a troubling moment where it seemed the teen might have to call off the whole evening's festivities when she struggled to make her mind up about what she should wear, something that her older sister Kendall had already called her out for in the past. 

Thankfully everything turned out all right in the end and Kylie found the perfect outfit for dinner with Khloe

The outing comes hot on the heels of self-proclaimed psychic Kylie claiming that there is a known hex on anyone man or woman who dates a member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
