The device - a 2-in-1 convertible tablet-and-keyboard - was first introduced in February 2015.

Huawei has a press event planned for June 20. According to reports, this will be the date this device releases in North America.
The Huawei Matebook will be available in three options: the Core m3 version with a 4 GB of memory and 128 GB of internal storage will cost $699, a bigger 256 GB version will cost $839, and a separate 256 GB version with 8 GB of memory will cost $999.
Huawei Matebook has a 12.9-inch display with a 2160 x 1440 resolution and an Intel Core M Skylake processor. It comes with a 4430 mAh battery that lasts up to 10 hours with a single charge. The device's CNC diamond-cut unibody features an 85-percent color gamut and 400 nit brightness.
Matebook is 6.9 mm wide and weighs 640 grams, minus the keyboard. It is light enough to hold comfortably in just one hand. It also has stereo speakers, a USB Type-C port, a fingerprint scanner, and a headset jack.
The tablet's optional magnetic keyboard is spill proof, has full-sized keys, and has a back that folds into a triangular stand.
The included Huawei Mate Pen is a stylus that features 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity for writing and drawing, and works both as a laser pointer and a presentation clicker device.
