Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Claudia Jordan, broke the news that Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have been dating for years.

On Tuesday, the reality star was being interviewed on the Allegedly podcast when she was asked to confirm the rumors about the relationship between her "good friend" Jamie Foxx' and Katie Holmes.

"He is very happy with her. I like that he seems very happy," she said.

It had taken years for the rumor was confirmed. Holmes was seen last January wearing a ring on that finger, reigniting the gossip that she's been dating Foxx following her breakup with ex-hubby Tom Cruise.

In 2013, the couple was seen enjoying a dance together during the 4th annual Apollo in the Hamptons. Earlier this year, a report said that the two have been "hooking up on the DL" for over more than a year already.

Holmes and Foxx never spoke about their dating. In March, however, Foxx told a reporter that the reports were all  rumors, saying they're "just friends." Foxx also revealed that they're working together on an animated movie.

Holmes' rep, meanwhile, recently called a reporter to deny the rumors that she's getting married and the claims that she is pregnant. Foxx's also told E! News that he is "not engaged, not getting married and not having another child."

Multiple sources close to the couple, meanwhile, can tell that the two are serious. One insider confirmed that they've been seeing each other for years, and that is "not a secret among their friends." The couple are simply careful not to spill the beans on the public.  They even coordinated their arrivals and departures to appear like they don't arrive together.
