Cellar dwellers Hangzhou Greentown FC (2-9-3, 9 points) will try to snap its 11-game winless slide in the 2016 Chinese Super League season as the team faces newly-promoted powerhouse Hebei China Fortune FC (9-2-3, 30 points) on June 25, Saturday at the Yellow Dragon Sports Centre Stadium.

Hangzhou is currently at the bottom of the 16-team China top flight table after going on 11 consecutive games without a win. They are also on a three-game losing streak, dropping six of their last eight matches.

The Green Giants are coming off a humiliating 0-4 shellacking by Shanghai Greenland Shenhua on the road at the Hongkou Football Stadium on Sunday, Shanghai Daily reported.

Shenhua hauled down four goals against a flimsy Greentown defense with former Chelsea striker and now Shanghai import Demba Ba unleashing a hat trick at the 42nd, 74th, and 81st minutes and former Seattle Sounders forward Obafemi Martins putting the icing on the cake with a goal at the 88th from an assist by Ba.

Meanwhile, Hebei China Fortune continues to dominate in the current season as they are currently on a six-game unbeaten run. The team is settled at the second spot of the league table, only three points behind league leaders and defending champions Guangzhou Evergrande.

In their previous match held last Saturday, the Samba Kings nipped contending squad Tianjin Teda, 1-0, at their home ground of Qinhuangdao Olympic Sports Center Stadium, as per CCTV English.

French winger Gael Kakuta scored the lone goal right within the first minute of the match as head coach Li Tie's boys kicked off to a perfect start. The two teams went scoreless for the rest of the game, though, as both defenses began to tighten.

The predicted result is a 2-0 victory for Hebei China Fortune.
