Shaanxi Xinda Crushes Guishou Senhang, Keeps Unbeaten Record in the 12th Round of the Chinese National Basketball League

League leader Shaanxi Xinda continued their tournament dominance after routing the third-ranked Guizhou Senhang with a 112-96 victory in the 12th round of the Chinese National Basketball League (NBL) on Friday.
It was the Wolves' 12th consecutive victory. Guizhou on the other hand suffered their fifth loss in 12 games and fell into a six-team tie with a 7-5 win-loss record, joining Henan, Hualan, Hebei, Guangxi, and Beijing.

Former Austin Toros power forward Tyler Wilkerson once again carried the league leader and led all scorers with another double-double, scoring a game-high 26 points and grabbing 12 boards. American teammate James Mays chipped in with 11 points and 6 rebounds.
Four Chinese players finished the match in double figures. JianJun Qi scoring 16 points and Xiang Liqing added 12. XiaoHang Yu and Shengyue Sun scored with 15 points apiece for Shaanxi, who also won the battle for the boards 48-29 including a 30-17 advantage in defensive rebounds.
Shaanxi began the game with a strong, leading 31-23 after the opening period. They ended the first half with a comfortable 63-42 lead.
In the third quarter, The Wolves continued to pound the Guodong Zhang-led basketball squad with a 41-27 run, entering the final 12 minutes of the game with a huge 35-point advantage, cruising to their 12th straight win.
American-Ukranian guard Steven Burtt paced Guizhou with team-high 22 points, while Chinese forward Yang Li contributed 13 points.
Shaanxi will play Guang Xi Weizhuang next, while Guizhou will be facing Hebei Xianglan in the 13th round of the tournament on Sunday.
