There were 4 cases of "double reverse" investigations launched by EU against relevant imported products from January to July this year, which were all against China's products, including the seamless steel pipes and solar panel components, the report says.
At the same time, there were 7 cases that the European Union implemented to impose special tariffs after confirming the results of investigation, and 5 of which were against China's products, including steel products and kitchen utensils.
And there were 4 cases that EU determined to impose temporary tariffs. For example, the dispute on central solar panels had been closely watched for a period of time.
According to the data in the report, the number of trade punitive measures by EU against foreign products shows a downward trend. There were 4 cases of "double reverse" investigations launched this year, while there were 19 cases in 2012.
