A new model of the Blade S6 smartphone from Chinese smartphone maker ZTE has been spotted on the website of China's telecommunication equipment certification authority (TENAA), where it was listed as ZTE S6 - probably the Edition model.
According to Gizmo China, this latest device is most likely the "Edition" model of the ZTE Blade S6. The original Blade S6 smartphone was released last year. It features a 5-inch display screen and is powered by Snapdragon 615processor paired with 2GB of RAM onboard.

As per the TENAA listing, the upcoming ZTE Blade S6 2016 Edition features a 5.5-inch TFT HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display screen. The device will be powered by a 1 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon processor. However, the model name was not listed.
Under the hood, the Blade S6 is packed with 1 GB of RAM. It was notable that the last year's model of the device is powered by 2 GB RAM. It also comes with a built-in 16GB internal memory storage, which can be further expanded up to a 64 GB via a microSD card.
The latest model runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box, similar to the older model. As far as the cameras are concerned, it sports an 8-megapixel main shooter with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing selfie camera. It will be backed by a huge 3800 mAh capacity battery inside.
The ZTE Blade S6 smartphone measures a body dimension of 157.2×76.4×9 mm and weighs 195 grams. The device's connectivity options include 2G, 3G, 4G LTE Network, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and FM Radio. It will be available in Golden color option only.
