Gionee M6 Smartphone Gets TENAA Certification, to be Unveiled on July 26

Chinese tech giant Gionee's new smartphone - the Gionee M6 - has been spotted on the website of China's telecommunication equipment certification authority (TENAA). Gionee would release this device on July 26.
The Gionee M6 smartphone was dubbed as the Gionee GN8003 on TENAA. The device is expected to be unveiled this month at an event hosted by Gionee. There are rumors that a larger version of the device - Gionee M6 Plus - will also be launched at the event, but its specifications remain unknown.

As per TENAA listing, the Gionee M6 smartphone features a 5.5-inch AMOLED screen with 1080p resolution. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 652 processor (4x Cortex-A53 cores and 4x Cortex-A72) paired with a massive 4 GB of RAM onboard.
The Gionee M6 smartphone is equipped with a huge 32 GB in-built internal memory storage. Unfortunately, there is no microSD card slot available, GSM Arena reported. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box and will support dual-SIM card slot.
On the camera front, the Gionee M6 sports a 13-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. However, the front-facing camera of does not have LED flash, which is usually found on high-end devices. It is powered by a massive 5,000 mAh capacity battery inside.
The Gionee S6 smartphone has an all metallic appearance. It measures a body dimension of 152.3 × 75.3 × 8.4 mm and weighs185 grams.
